Our clinic sits in Oakville, twenty minutes from most of Mississauga on the QEW. Patients drive in from Erin Mills, Streetsville, Port Credit, Cooksville, and the Square One area. Free parking, no downtown traffic, and an internationally trained surgical team you would otherwise need to fly somewhere to see.
Mississauga has hair transplant clinics. What sets Toronto.Hair apart is the person doing the work. Dr. Robert Jonesperformed the world’s first large-session FUE in 2003. Over the twenty-five years since, he has led more than 6,000 procedures and trained over 100 surgeons in his methodology, including physicians now practicing across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
The clinic is in Oakville. Twenty minutes from most parts of Mississauga via the QEW. Most patients drive in for the consultation. Surgery runs as a single day, arrive in the morning, leave in the evening. If you would rather not drive home that night, we can point you toward hotels within five minutes of the clinic. Most Mississauga patients are home before dinner.
The structural difference that matters most is how the procedure runs. Dr. Jones designs every hairline personally, performs the critical work in the hairline zone himself, and stays in the room supervising the trained surgical team throughout the day. Nothing happens unsupervised. That is different from clinics where the surgeon shows up for the hairline design at the start of the day and then disappears while technicians finish the procedure on their own.
By car. QEW west toward Oakville. Exit 118 for Trafalgar Road, head north, then right on Cornwall Road. Twenty minutes off-peak. Rush hour adds ten or fifteen. The clinic has its own parking lot beside the building. No meters, no garage fees, no fighting downtown traffic.
By GO Transit. Lakeshore West from Clarkson GO or Port Credit GO puts you at Oakville GO in six minutes. The Milton line also stops at Oakville GO. From the station to the clinic is a short Uber, about eight minutes.
By Uber or taxi. Direct from anywhere in the city. About twenty-five dollars from Square One, less from Erin Mills or Clarkson.
On procedure day. Most Mississauga patients arrange a ride home rather than driving themselves. You will not be incapacitated, but you will be tired, and the local anaesthesia has fully worn off by then. A friend, family member, or a pre-booked Uber works. We can also reserve a hotel close to the clinic if you would rather sleep over before the drive back.
We work with patients from every province. Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Halifax. The clinic regularly hosts patients who fly into Pearson, drive twenty minutes to Oakville, stay one or two nights, and fly home. Pearson sits at the eastern edge of Mississauga. For most of the country, the trip to our clinic is one flight and a short drive.
The international clinical record is part of why people travel for this. Dr. Jones lectures at the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, is referenced in the standard textbooks, and trains surgeons who go on to practise in their own countries. Patients from Australia, the UK, India, and the United States have made the same trip.
If you live in Mississauga, you have it easier than they do. The drive is shorter than most cross-town errands, and you sleep in your own bed that night.
The patient record we point to is not ours to edit. RealSelf hosts it, patients upload their own photos and reviews, and Dr. Jones answers questions there in his own name. The current count: 146 photos, 36 reviews averaging 4.8 / 5, and 201 patient questions answered. All independently verified.
Mississauga patients are well-represented in that record. If you want to read unfiltered accounts from people who made the same twenty-minute drive you are considering, the link below opens it.
Photos are the first step. Dr. Jones reviews every submission himself and replies in writing within forty-eight hours. No fee, no commitment, no sales call follow-up.
