    First large-session FUE worldwide

    Performed the world's first large-session FUE — over 1,000 grafts in a single day. Pre-2003, FUE sessions were typically limited to a few hundred grafts.

  2. 2004

    First public live-FUE demonstration

    Performed the first live demonstration of FUE surgery at a hair transplant conference in Little Rock, Arkansas — introducing the technique to the broader surgical community.

  3. 2008

    First peer-reviewed BHT-into-scar report

    Published one of the first peer-reviewed reports on using body hair to fill strip-surgery donor scars in Dermatologic Surgery.

  4. 2018

    First in Canada — celebrity no-shave FUE

    Launched no-shave FUE — performing FUE without shaving the donor area — in Canada. Cision/Newswire press release dated January 31, 2018.

  5. 2010s

    Among first to combine PRP + ACell

    Among the first surgeons in the world to combine platelet-rich plasma with the ACell cell-regeneration compound for non-surgical hair-loss treatment.
