Every consultation is with Dr. Jones. Every hairline is designed by Dr. Jones. The procedure itself is performed by a trained clinical team under his direct, in-room supervision — calibrated to a single standard he sets and verifies, case after case.
1. Consultation. Your case is reviewed by Dr. Jones personally — not by a sales coordinator, not by a non-medical patient advisor. Candidacy, technique, graft count and expected outcome are determined by the surgeon who will lead your procedure.
2. Hairline design. The hairline is the most permanent decision in hair restoration. It defines whether the result reads as natural at year ten. Dr. Jones designs every hairline by hand, in front of the mirror, with you involved. He doesn’t delegate this step.
3. Surgical oversight. Extraction and implantation are carried out by a small, trained clinical team that has been working with Dr. Jones for years. He is present in the room — directing angles, depths, density, and selection in real time. The team executes to the surgeon’s spec under continuous review. It is not a multi-room model; he is not running parallel cases.
The high-volume model — common at Turkish hair-transplant factories and increasingly at high-throughput Western clinics — has the named surgeon supervising several rooms at once while assistants execute the work largely on their own. That model produces high throughput and lower costs, but at significant variation in outcome quality.
Our model is different in a specific way: one case at a time, with Dr. Jones in the room, directing the work as it happens. The clinical team is trained to his standard and works only under his supervision. The surgeon doesn’t drift between rooms; the work doesn’t get handed off. That is what we mean by “surgeon-led.”
It is slower per case — and it’s the only way we know to deliver the kind of result that holds at year ten. We don’t scale by running more chairs. We scale by training other surgeons to perform the technique themselves — over 100 physicians, globally, across two and a half decades.
